This is my signature Smudge spray to clear and reset the space with your intention. I use them before my classes and many of my students always wanted to buy them so here is the recipe. Keep one on hand in your car, purse, or yoga bag!
Get the Oils
The oils you want to be specific about are the Palo Santo and Cedar Wood! I love the added dynamic pop with the Chill Pill blend & Roman Chamomile.
